We accurately promote the position assuring the applicant that their skills are what you’re looking for, encouraging both parties that it’s very much a two way process and a fact finding mission especially in today’s climate when certain skills are at a shortage. Every candidate who you will interview will have been thoroughly pre-interviewed by us, everyone receives a pre-interview call prior to any client engagement, we love being thorough and providing the detail.
